We have spent a lot of time sourcing our oils, and choosing the highest quality oil from the country with the best climate for each individual oil. All of our oils are tested for pesticides and their chemical properties analyzed to insure you are getting the purest oils that match organic standards. Organic certification isn’t feasible in a lot of these countries, but that doesn’t mean the quality is any less. We are working toward adding more organic oils that meet our overall scent standard as they become available.

Interference with the Bluetooth signal – Bluetooth operates in the 2402 to 2480 MHz range and may be disturbed by other 2.4 GHz networks (e.g. WiFi routers and networks, wireless keyboards, mouse, etc). Turn off or remove other Bluetooth connections in the surrounding area, then try connecting again. Alternatively, go to another location, such as an elevator or outside, that has less Bluetooth noise from other products to test your connection.

Distance between the E8 and Bluetooth device - Face the front of your product towards the Bluetooth transmitting device (max distance is 10 meters and line-of-sight). Note that the Bluetooth antenna must be in your right earbud.

E8 Bluetooth receiver in the right earbud – If you wear a sports watch (e.g. an Apple watch) on your left wrist and are experiencing dropout issues, we recommended moving the watch to your right wrist.

We do not recommend ingesting any essential oil.

Yes! Absolutely. Make sure you dilute any essential oil with a carrier oil, specially if your skin is sensitive. Try a small patch before fully using it.

We recommend you discuss with your vet before using any oils on or around your pet, every pet is different.

You sure can! Just remember to clear out the glass dropper of any oil and always carry the glass bottle in its packaging for any accidents.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. It should be in its original packaging. Order # (HO#) must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at support@heliasoils.com and we'll help you place the return.

Credit card refunds usually take 15-20 business days to appear on your statement.
