I've heard of essential oils but what are they exactly?

An essential oil is a highly concentrated, pure oil derived from elements of plants such as leaves, flowers, roots. They're 100% natural!

We take great pride in sourcing the highest quality oils from all over the world. How do I use them and make sure I'm using the right ones for the solutions I'm seeking?

Can I ingest essential oils?

We do not recommend ingesting any essential oil.

Can I use Helias Oils on my skin and Hair? 

Yes! Absolutely. Make sure you dilute any essential oil with a carrier oil, specially if your skin is sensitive. Try a small patch before fully using it. 

Are essential oils safe to use around pets?

We recommend you discuss with your vet before using any oils on or around your pet, every pet is different! 

Can I travel with my essential oils?

You sure can! Just remember to clear out the glass dropper of any oil and always carry the glass bottle in it's packaging for any accidents.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're so sorry you didn't love your Helias product. Please reach out to Support@HeliasOils.com with your order # (HO#) and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. It should be in it's original packaging. Order # (HO#) must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at Support@HeliasOils.com and we'll help you place the return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 15-20 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we’re very sorry about that! Please contact us at Support@HeliasOils.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered!
