Ways to use:
Sleep tight: Add 10 drops into your diffuser before bed.
Take a shower: Use 3-4 drops in a hot shower and let the aromatic steam seep into your skin and lull your mind.
Massage into skin: Add 2-3 drops into one droppers full of any of our carrier oils and massage into your neck and feet before bed.
Mix few drops of Sleep blend with any night routine for better skin and a deeper sleep.
Sleep blend is a staple our nightstands. Rub 2-3 drops into your palms, cup palms over your nose and mouth and breathe in deeply before your head hits the pillow.

Roman Chamomile Oil has been known to be more effective before sleep than the tea.
